Multitudes on Mondays . . . 1,000 Gifts

Praise the Lord!  I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart, in the company of the upright and in the assembly.  Great are the works of the Lord; they are studied by all who delight in them. ~ Psalm 111:1-2

How wonderful are His works!  I love it that this Scripture encourages us to thank Him with all our hearts.  I know that can be a struggle for me sometimes.  My heart is . . . busy, it seems, with too many other things!  Worry, sometimes; bitterness, even, I’m ashamed to say.  So on this morning–this wonderful morning, wherein He promises that His mercies are new–I lay those things aside, and ask that my heart be filled with thankfulness!  I’m committing this year to especially study and delight in His works.  On my shopping list: a cute clipboard (hey, we must be cute or die, right?  :-)  ) for keeping track of it all.  My goal?  1,000 Gifts on my list by Thanksgiving.  Happy Monday!
